TERMEXA builds PactOrbit, a deadline register for business agreements. That is the whole of what we do right now.
Missed renewals are rarely caused by a missing document. They are caused by nobody owning a date. So PactOrbit treats the date as the record: it has an owner, a status, and a reminder schedule, and it is only monitored once a person has confirmed it is right.
We use a language model to read uploaded documents and propose values, always with the passage it read them from. We do not present those values as verified, we do not fill gaps with plausible guesses, and we do not act on them until someone confirms. That is a deliberate limit, not a temporary one.
PactOrbit is live. Accounts, organizations, manual tracking, document extraction with evidence, scheduled reminders and paid plans through Paddle all work today, and we keep improving them. Anything not yet available is labelled in the interface rather than implied. We would rather show you an honest boundary than a convincing placeholder.
