This describes what TERMEXA collects when you use this site and PactOrbit, why, and how long it is kept. It is a description of our practices, not legal advice.

An account holds your email address and the profile, locale and timezone you set. A contact message holds the name, phone number, email address and message you submit. Tracked items and uploaded documents hold whatever you put in them, which may include other people's details—please add only what you need.
With your consent we record page visits: time, path, referrer and campaign parameters, a device category, a network address derived on our server, and an approximate location where a trusted source supplies one. Without consent, non-essential analytics do not run. We do not claim to identify individual visitors, and much traffic cannot be attributed to a person at all.
To operate your account and organization, to compute and deliver reminders you have confirmed, to answer support messages, to bill paid plans when billing is active, to keep the service secure and to understand which pages are used.
Uploaded document text is sent to a language-model provider to propose values. Output is a proposal requiring your confirmation. Documents are not used to train models. No decision with a legal or similar effect on you is made automatically.
We use service providers to run the product: cloud hosting for the database, authentication and file storage; a language-model gateway for extraction; an email delivery provider for notifications; and a payment provider when billing is active. Each receives only what its function requires. We do not sell personal information.
Account and organization data is kept while your account exists and is removed on deletion. Raw network addresses in analytics are kept at most 30 days and deleted automatically; aggregate counts are kept longer without them. Support messages are kept while needed to handle the request and for a reasonable record afterwards.
You can access and correct your data in the account area, export tracked items to CSV, request export or deletion of your account and organization data, and change or withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie choices control.
Strictly necessary storage keeps you signed in and remembers your language and consent choice. Analytics storage is used only after you accept. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
