These terms govern use of this site and PactOrbit. They describe how the service actually operates. They are not legal advice.

PactOrbit and this site are operated by Willie Grady, a sole trader trading as TERMEXA ("we", "us"). When you use PactOrbit or buy a plan, your contract for the service is with Willie Grady. By continuing to use the service you accept these terms; if you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf, and if you use it personally you confirm you are of legal age.
PactOrbit records dates you enter or confirm and generates reminders in advance of them. It is an organizational tool. It does not give legal advice, does not interpret your agreements, and does not send notices or cancellations for you.
We do not guarantee that a date will be extracted, extracted correctly, or delivered as a reminder, and we do not guarantee that using PactOrbit prevents a missed deadline. You remain responsible for reading your agreements and acting on them.
Keep your credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity in your organization, including what members upload and confirm. Do not upload material you have no right to process.
Do not attempt to access another organization's data, probe or overload the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
Plan limits are published on the pricing page and enforced in the product. Paid access begins only when payment is confirmed and continues for the period paid for. Payment, billing, currency and tax, renewals, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Full details, including how to request a refund through Paddle, are on our refund policy page.
PactOrbit, its software, documentation, design and branding remain the property of Willie Grady (TERMEXA). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it, or circumvent technical limits.
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Your documents and records remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them to run the service for you. You can export or delete them.
The product is in active development. Features may change, and features not yet available are labelled as such rather than implied. We will not remove your data as part of a change without a way to export it.
To the extent the law allows, TERMEXA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a deadline that was missed, extracted incorrectly, or not reminded.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When paid access ends you can still export your data.
